Case of a dental clinic
In this project, the majority of inquiries come through calls, so we implemented call tracking to gather statistics on incoming calls. This effectively trained Google’s smart algorithms.
Furthermore, the client implemented all of our recommendations for improving website quality, which led to an enhancement in website conversion.
We launched three campaigns, all of which yielded decent results:
- Performance Max
- Smart
- Search
Results:
- Expenses: 25,256 → 19,754 UAH (-21.78%)
- Number of inquiries: 26 → 41 (+57.69%)
- Cost per inquiry: 971 → 482 UAH (-50.36%)
